Quotations and enquiries
Website content is general information, not a contractual offer. Services, prices, assumptions, validity periods and delivery terms are established only in Delta’s written quotation and the accepted purchase order or work order.
Scope of services
The binding scope is the scope recorded in the accepted quotation, purchase order, work order or contract. Illustrations and general service descriptions do not add to or vary that agreed scope.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website content is owned by or licensed to Delta Networks. Manufacturer and client names and marks belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify relevant products or experience.
Client and project references
Project references describe Delta’s experience. Confidential information and restricted photographs are not published, and detailed evidence is shared only where permission and contractual obligations allow.
Warranties and liability
Product warranties, workmanship commitments, acceptance criteria and liability terms are governed by the applicable quotation or contract. To the extent permitted by law, Delta is not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction, subject to any different dispute provision in an applicable written contract.
